After my elderly Dad experienced several days of erratic behavior and confusion, his physician referred us to Turning Point for an assessment. During the 10 days Dad stayed in the facility, the Turning Point staff treated him with such wonderful respect and care. While there, the psychiatrist discovered that Dad’s sleep medication was harmful to the elderly. Since leaving Turning Point, Dad came to live with us and is a loving and helpful member of our household. His memory amazes me! Our family feels strongly that God used Turning Point as a real turning point in our Dad’s life. Without that timely intervention, my Dad’s life would not be what it is today—a life with purpose.
